ArcView Overview

This section is designed to help the administrator get started in making changes to the GIS portion of the application. It assumes that the administrator can rely on other reference material for more detailed instructions on how to use and develop applications in ArcView 3.2.

The ArcView portion of the CRIS for each region <XXXX> is defined within the ArcView project file C:\Program Files\CRIS\AVData\CRIS_<XXXX>.APR. This project is opened automatically when the menu choice Run ArcView is selected from the CRIS Main Menu.
