Liberty Tree Alliance.

Liberty Tree is "a loose federation of writers, artists, and scientists" to "communicate on subjects pertinent to long-term ecological sustainability in the United States." In March 1997, offerings included a series of well organized pages entitled "Climate Change; Science and Politics of the Atmosphere."
